Michael Glazer

Michael helps clients facilitate large-scale organizational change, and his coaching focuses on helping expats navigate the challenges of leading abroad.

Michael is an Organizational Development Consultant and Facilitator who speaks English and Japanese with a focus on helping leaders take care of people while also taking care of business. His client work spans 15 countries across four continents, and he has worked with leaders at some of the best-known names in global business. “People First” is his mantra. It guides how he collaborates with others to help them create their own paths to success and growth – and to inspire them to help others grow and succeed.

He works with clients in industries ranging from healthcare and technology to luxury brands, manufacturing, financial services, CPG, and professional services.

Over more than two decades, Michael has designed and facilitated leadership and coaching workshops for thousands of Fortune 500 professionals. He has also played a leading role in advising senior teams on strategic organizational changes, from establishing new corporate values in emerging global entities to aligning employee behaviors with revamped cultures and guiding adaptive responses to strategic shifts.

Before joining PFC, Michael served as a commercial and global functional head at leading firms, including Morgan Stanley, public relations firm Burson-Marsteller (now BCW), and Dell. At Morgan Stanley, he led technology optimizations for 15,000 employees, driving multi-million-dollar financial gains. At Dell, he quadrupled a line of services revenue while significantly boosting profit and customer satisfaction scores.

Michael serves as a Vice Chair of the Human Resource Management Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan. He also hosts the "Humans At Work with Michael Glazer" podcast, featuring guests such as top TED Talk speakers, members of the prestigious Thinkers 50 list, and a Nobel Prize winner.
