After a global consolidation of the learning and development function, this US-based Fortune 100 client needed a global partner to deliver its core corporate leadership programs in local languages around the world at a caliber that reflects the high quality the company itself is known for. Our client also required that its external delivery partners understand the company’s culture and model its values-based behaviors throughout every session it delivered to employees.

Solution

PFC consultants took part in a rigorous client training and accreditation program to deliver six corporate training programs on topics ranging from coaching skills and career management to leading change and leading through others.
