Building Self-Awareness with DiSC Workshop

The DiSC tool breaks down human behavior into four basic behavioral types: “D” Dominance, “i” Influence, “C” Conscientiousness, and “S” Steadiness.
Through greater self-awareness, you will be better prepared for working more effectively with others, minimizing interpersonal conflict and making more informed decisions that affect team communication and collaboration.
