Today’s global business climate requires companies to constantly adapt to stay relevant, and that is Masashi Kuwayama’s specialty. He helps our clients overcome the challenges of organizational change, with an emphasis on leadership development, promotion of diversity and employee stress management.
He provides PFC with a wealth of practical experience guiding mid- to long-term strategic planning for companies and implementing restructuring for large-scale and long-term organizational change projects. He has also facilitated numerous start-up projects for venture companies. As a consultant at the Tokyo office of the Gemini Consulting Group, his clients spanned a wide range of industries including chemicals, oil, pharmaceuticals, communications and IT.
Highlights of his business experience include executive management of a joint venture for a large credit card brand and improving team performance while facilitating the integration of diverse organizational cultures.
Because companies work best when their people are at their best, Masashi has also focused on stress management. Earlier in his career, he established a mental health care service for company employees that has become Japan’s largest. Today he helps our clients’ human resource and management departments employ organizational and attribute-based analyses for stress-check assessments.
Masashi graduated from Keio University with a BA in policy management and is a Certified Trainer by The Ken Blanchard Companies®.
