Yoichi Tamura worked as a project manager including positions with the Nomura Research Institute, Ltd, and Citibank N.A. with a focus on information system innovation in Asia, Europe, and North America. Later posts with foreign capitalized consulting firms in Japan helped to refine his expertise in project management and strategy formulation.

Mr. Tamura is currently focused on business professional training and capability, in addition to development and corporate consulting engagements in various industries. With a wealth of first-hand organizational development experience, Mr. Tamura is well versed in HR strategies for corporate change, performance management, and coaching theory and practice. He has helped innumerable firms break free of traditional corporate models to initiate change in the financial, service and information system sectors. He is also trained to facilitate the establishment of new organizations, establish and develop company missions, and to help companies verbalize and communicate the corporate vision on which their mission is based. He has first-hand experience in designing and implementing competency models for professional organizations and can provide training in all of these areas.

While providing support for individuals and organizations as a strategy coach, Mr. Tamura is devoted to human resource development through various venues including corporate trainings and business school seminars for working adults.
