Masashi supports clients in overcoming challenges related to organizational transformation, with a focus on leadership development, instilling mission, vision, and values (MVV), and strengthening logical thinking skills.

He provides PFC with broad practical experience guiding mid- to long-term strategic planning for companies and implementing restructuring for large-scale and long-term organizational change projects. He has also facilitated numerous start-up projects for venture companies. As a consultant at the Tokyo office of the Gemini Consulting Group, his clients spanned a wide range of industries including chemicals, oil, pharmaceuticals, communications and IT.

Highlights of Masashi’s business experience include executive management of a joint venture for a large credit card brand and improving team performance while facilitating the integration of diverse organizational cultures.

At PFC, he has led numerous initiatives including PMO support for organizational and cultural transformation projects, leadership development, and critical thinking training. He has extensive experience developing next-generation executive talent at major corporations, driving change to realize mid-term business plans, and strengthening managerial capabilities.

Masashi is also deeply committed to supporting the growth of future leaders within client organizations, helping participants succeed and advance in their careers. In recent years, he has focused on purpose-driven leadership development, helping individuals clarify their personal purpose and apply it to their leadership journey.

He was appointed Executive Director in 2024.

Masashi graduated from Keio University with a BA in policy management and is a Blanchard®Certified Trainer( SLII®). He is also a certified Everything DiSC® Certified Trainer.
