Mr. Kameda is a management consultant and a professional trainer.
After graduating Kobe University, he joined RECRUIT Co.,Ltd. He was a sales expert introducing new marketing channels to corporate clients. In order to strengthen the sales capability in his division, he applied knowledge management to create marketing strategies and develop new products. As a project leader, he also established and operated Recruit’s internet services.
Mr. Kameda then proceeded to Recruit Management Solutions Co., Ltd. His main responsibility was talent management. He did not only focused on improving the organization structure and operations, but also applying organizational development tools, such as trainings, to attract and retain high performers.
In 2007, Mr. Kameda established Project Produce Co., Ltd. and has been acting as a representative director.
As a professional trainer, Mr. Kameda is highly rated by the clients and training participants, in particular organizational operation improvement and meeting management for managers. Instead of providing ad hoc training services, Mr. Kameda works closely with the clients to ensure that they are capable of applying the skills and knowledge back to the organizations.
