Michael is an Organizational Development Consultant and Facilitator who speaks English and Japanese with a focus on helping leaders take care of people while also taking care of business. His client work spans 15 countries across four continents, and he has worked with leaders at some of the best-known names in global business. “People First” is his mantra. It guides how he collaborates with others to help them create their own paths to success and growth – and to inspire them to help others grow and succeed.
He works with clients in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, technology, luxury brands, manufacturing, financial services, CPG, and professional services. Over the past 20 years, Michael has designed, developed and facilitated leadership training programs and organizational effectiveness workshops for thousands of Fortune 500 professionals.
Before becoming a leadership coach and consultant, Michael served as a commercial and global functional head at leading firms including Morgan Stanley, public relations firm Burson-Marsteller (now Burson), and Dell.
Michael serves as a Vice Chair of the Human Resource Management Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan. He also hosts the "Humans At Work with Michael Glazer" podcast, featuring guests such as top TED Talk speakers, members of the prestigious Thinkers 50 list, and a Nobel Prize winner.
