Eric helps clients across a wide range of industries boost their communication and leadership effectiveness.
Leadership is Eric Francis’ focus, and he has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 leadership teams throughout Asia, where he advises mid- to executive-level managers in a wide range of industries.
Through his teaching and training work, Eric is also dedicated to developing tomorrow’s business leaders. He is a master trainer of several global leadership programs, including Ken Blanchard Companies programs. He is also certified in DiSC and MBTI behavioral assessment tools.
As a professor of globalization, Eric teaches global leadership skills to executive MBA students at the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business in Tokyo. He also serves as a global communication instructor for MBA students at Tokyo’s Aoyama Gakuin University.
Even in his spare time Eric is helping to develop Asia’s next generation of leaders through his volunteer work as executive vice-president of the Far East Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
He earned a BS in business management and a BA in Japanese from Brigham Young University as well as an MBA in global management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Eric is also a Certified Trainer by The Ken Blanchard Companies®.
