Program Summary
This program helps leaders empower individual team members to work together to increase the team’s performance. Starting with diagnostic 360-degree assessment of your own team’s effectiveness, you will learn how to set and communicate clear team direction, clarify roles, make decisions, share information as well as build trust, motivate and coach team members.
