Global Communication Essentials Training

Features of this course

Event Overview

As Japanese companies increasingly hire non-Japanese employees and collaborate more with overseas offices and clients, English communication has become a routine part of business. Additionally, the rise of remote work has reduced face-to-face interactions, making online communication the norm. However, virtual interactions come with challenges—such as uncertainty about accurately understanding others and effectively conveying one's own thoughts.

This two-day online training combines cross-cultural understanding and assertive communication skills to help participants navigate these challenges. By developing a global mindset, participants will gain insights into cultural differences and their own communication tendencies. By honing assertive communication skills, they will learn to express their thoughts clearly and confidently while respecting diverse perspectives.

Objectives

By the end of this program, participants will:

  • Acquire skills to objectively understand cultural differences and their own communication tendencies.
  • Develop a global mindset to enhance cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Learn assertive communication techniques to express thoughts confidently while fostering positive workplace relationships.
