Delivering HQ Core Training Programs Globally

After a global consolidation of the learning and development function, this US-based client needed a global partner to deliver its core corporate leadership programs in local languages around the world at a caliber that reflects the high quality the company itself is known for. Our client also required that its external delivery partners understand the company’s culture and model its values-based behaviors throughout every session it delivered to employees.

PFC consultants took part in a rigorous client training and accreditation program to deliver six corporate training programs on topics ranging from coaching skills and career management to leading change and leading through others. Today, PFC regularly facilitates nearly 100 training sessions annually for this client in five languages across 16 countries spanning five continents.

Using a balanced scorecard that includes evaluation for customer satisfaction, operational performance and contribution to innovation, the client rates PFC’s quarterly performance between 96-99%.
